You’ll understand how search engines work, how to apply advanced search techniques and how to judge whether information is reliable, accurate and legally compliant.
The course also covers digital safety and data protection. You’ll explore common online threats including phishing, malware, insecure Wi-Fi and unsafe websites, and understand how to protect devices and sensitive information while following organisational procedures and relevant legislation.
