"I studied for CompTIA certifications online with Netcom. I had completed other online certifications through online learning platforms before, but I didn’t know anything about Netcom before joining the course. I found the experience far more engaging than other online courses, where students often just watch videos and complete assignments on their own. At Netcom, students work as part of a group through regular discussions, group activities, practical exercises and presentations. Students have the same tutor throughout, which allowed us to get to know each other over time. It became clear that my tutor was genuinely invested in my success. The course broadened my knowledge, helped me discover a new interest in networking and improved my confidence. We were fortunate to have Gary as our tutor for one of his final courses before retirement. With more than 30 years of experience, he showed great skill in working with students of different abilities, answering our questions clearly and encouraging everyone to participate.
